Perforation Capabilities & Specifications

Elite Converting offers three primary perforation modes to align with your product design and converting flow. Each can be customized for hole size, pattern, and repeat length to meet your performance targets.

  • Crossweb Perforation (Crossweb Perf): Ideal for patterns running across the web width. Common for venting, breathability, and tear-assist zones placed at specific intervals.
  • Machine Direction Perforation (MD Perf): Best for longitudinal perf lines running in the direction of travel. Often used for controlled tearing, separation lines, and continuous vent channels.
  • Linear Perforation (Linear Perf): Single or multiple straight perf lines placed precisely where you need them, useful for coupons, form sections, and targeted tear guidance.
