Specialty – Interleaving Papers

Elite Converting offers our customers a wide variety of specialty papers and films that are tailored to your unique needs. Our interleaving papers are consistent because we have purchased the same grades from the same paper mills for over 20 years.

We stock natural and bleached Kraft papers in basis weights from 30 to 81 lbs. and feature high‑performance Extensible Kraft papers that withstand elevated temperatures; they also stretch approximately 6% in both the machine and cross‑machine direction, solving many problems related to stress on the web (during winding and after being wound on reels). Our customers attest that these stronger, thinner papers save them money.

Our interleaving papers are purchased from a fully integrated paper mill that runs these papers on neutral pH paper machines that exclusively run neutral pH Kraft papers, preventing acidity in the paper and ensuring its durability. Furthermore, our mills manufacture pulp from their own timberlands, ensuring sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Poly Coated Papers

Elite Converting’s Poly coated Kraft papers are used in wrapping that require a moisture or grease barrier and added strength. Poly coated papers are ideal for protecting metal parts and tools, interleaving metals, pallet liners, masking and heat sealing. They are used in applications including food preparation and food service.

Among our Specialty Papers & Films, Elite Converting is the sole supplier of the FLOXL™ brand. Elite Converting can customize to meet your required specifications. FLOXL™ is available coated weights from 7 to 25 pounds of poly.
